Payroll Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's financial operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including timekeeping, audit, documentation, paid time off (PTO), compensation, monthly reconciliations, and expenses. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Details
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
Permanent on-site position.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the full payroll function, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Use ADP software to process payroll, track timekeeping, and manage PTO.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain and update all payroll documentation, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Manage the company's compensation program, ensuring it is competitive, fair, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Manage and process all payroll-related expenses, ensuring they are accurately recorded and allocated.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company's payroll practices remain compliant.
Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other HR and financial systems.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll analyst role or similar.
Extensive experience with ADP payroll software.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in conducting payroll audits and managing payroll documentation.
Strong understanding of compensation practices and principles.
Experience in preparing and reconciling monthly payroll reports.
Strong knowledge of payroll-related expenses.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
