Job Title: Recruiter/Sourcer
Join an innovative team dedicated to supporting technical teams. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will develop and implement candidate generation strategies, partnering with clients to enhance the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
Engage qualified candidates for various technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders both verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines.
Guide candidates through the interview process swiftly to ensure a great candidate experience.
Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency while prioritizing client and candidate experience.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, with a preference for candidates with agency experience.
Experience in conducting heavy calls and emails.
Knowledge and experience in Boolean searches.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of high volume recruiting experience, supporting roles such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, and Engineering Techs.
1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
Proficiency in targeted sourcing using tech-focused tools and resources.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Capability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site presence five days a week in Seattle, WA. Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting the Data Center hiring teams, with the potential for extension and full-time conversion in Seattle.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
