Summary
The Material Control Coordinator will provide accurate and timely reporting on all inventory related tasks from receipt to consumption. They will work to support all departments with investigating and resolving transactional issues that may arise in the use of raw materials in production, as well as providing reconciliation support.
Responsibilities
Track and repair all issues/potential issues regarding the receipt, movement, or transfer of raw materials using ERP software and Excel spreadsheets
Analyze and monitor raw material inventory levels, then communicate said levels to planning and operations teams
Use SAP Smart Scan guns and ERP systems to assist in the reconciliation of production Batch Orders (BO's)
Perform daily yard checks on the trailers in the yard
Perform daily cycle counts
Process all raw material non-conformances
Pick and pack raw material intercompany transfers
Operate a fork truck as needed to safely move, stage, or transport raw materials
Perform other duties as assigned
Follow all Chobani Safety Procedures
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of inventory and/or data entry experience
Strong proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and computer/technology skills
Knowledge of scanning systems and fork lift operation preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this full-time position is $24.25 - $30.75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
