We are seeking a motivated
Enrollment Services Representative
to support prospective students through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role focused on outreach, interviews, and student support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
Schedule and complete student interviews
Provide accurate information on programs and enrollment steps
Follow up with students through the enrollment process
Maintain detailed records in the system
Partner with internal teams to support student success
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service or sales experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Associates Degree preferred
