Job Description
Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all MEP systems
Manage MEP procurement, budgets, schedules, quality, and commissioning
Coordinate engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and inspectors
Lead and develop MEP staff and site teams
Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10+ years' experience delivering mechanical and electrical systems
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator with solid technical presentation ability
