Description
As the Scheduling Manager , you will lead the scheduling function on complex electrical construction projects, reporting into a senior scheduling leader and working closely with project and site teams.
Own the development of resource‑loaded baseline schedules for medium to large, technically complex projects
Manage ongoing schedule updates, performance tracking, and variance analysis against approved baselines
Conduct detailed schedule analysis including Time Impact Analysis, float path, and delay assessments
Lead pull‑planning sessions with internal teams and trade partners to optimize execution
Ensure schedules meet industry best‑practice and schedule health standards
Mentor and support schedulers, driving consistency and continuous improvement
Produce clear schedule reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Profile
For the Scheduling Manager - Electrical, we are seeking:
Proven experience scheduling construction projects, ideally within data centers or other mission‑critical environments
Strong background managing complex, resource‑loaded schedules on large projects
Advanced user of Primavera P6 and strong analytical capability
Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule risk analysis
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence project teams and trade partners
