Job Description
Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all MEP systems
Manage MEP budgets, procurement, scheduling, and commissioning activities
Lead coordination with designers, subcontractors, inspectors, and client teams
Supervise and develop MEP engineers and field leadership staff
Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, quality, and safety standards

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
10+ years' experience delivering MEP systems on complex projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
