Field Service Technician I – Mays Landing & South Shore

We are seeking a full‑time Field Service Technician to service equipment including coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products at client sites in the South Shore and surrounding area. The role involves traveling to client sites, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and coordinating with branch sales and other service team members.
Responsibilities

Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
Travel daily to client sites (90%) and occasionally travel overnight (10%).
Work with branch employees to satisfy client needs.
Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time.
Provide extended hours coverage and on‑call duty when required.
Maintain vehicle stock parts inventory and keep company‑issued vehicle and equipment in good condition.
Other job‑related duties as required.
Qualifications

Impeccable integrity.
1+ years of experience in a technician, field service, mechanical or similar role.
Ability to gain access to highly secured environments; occupational licenses may be required.
Strong electromechanical aptitude is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
Personable, approachable, works well with others at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, able to proof and prioritize work.
Proficient in iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS.
Ability to set and track goals independently, self‑motivated, proactive team player.
Committed to meeting project deadlines.
Physical Requirements

Available for periodic travel to corporate office for training.
Capable of lifting, pushing or carrying up to 50 pounds.
Required to kneel, bend, twist, lift and squat up to 60% of the time.
Hand and wrist dexterity for tools.
Phone or desk work about 10% of time.
Ability to stand for long periods up to 75% of time.
