Responsibilities
Report to the Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab and/or designated Supervisor. Operate the x‑ray equipment in the IR department, obtaining radiographic and/or fluoroscopic images as instructed by the operating physician. Position and instruct patient for radiologic/fluoroscopic examinations.
Lead clinical tasks, acting as a technical and educational resource for staff.
Provide staff training, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
Perform complex interventional radiology procedures and ensure equipment and quality‑control standards are met.

Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an interventional radiology department performing a variety of procedures.
Radiologic technology (RT) certification from an accredited school.
Certifications & Licenses
Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license with Fluoro license and active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required; OR, RCIS/RCES.
BLS required.
ACLS required.
