Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
Coordinate with Superintendents to align field execution with project plans.
Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope management.
Track project costs, forecasts, and change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor.
Experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
