What you’ll do
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee buyout, contract negotiations, and cost control strategies
Maintain accurate project financials, forecasting, and reporting
Drive schedule development, critical path tracking, and recovery planning
Partner closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and execution
Lead client, subcontractor, and coordination meetings
Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and project closeout
What you bring
7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong experience managing projects from start to finish
Background in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
Experience with subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contracts
Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
Ability to manage complex, fast‑paced projects with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
