Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non‐approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
- Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Med/Surg/Certified home care experience.
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- CPR Certification required upon hire.

Work Environment
- Work performed in Patient Homes in a wide variety of unpredictable, non‐sterile environments (furniture, other residents, icy walkways, pets etc.).
- PPE: Gowns, masks, bags, gloves available as needed and per policy.
- Requires ability to: Lift and/or carry a nursing bag and plastic bin each weighing up to 15 lbs. in addition to a laptop weighing 4 lbs; Walk up flights of stairs carrying nursing bag/supplies and laptop; Stand for 30 minutes or longer at one time while working; Lift, push, pull a minimum of 50 lbs. without restriction; Independently transfer or assist patients to move, stand or walk in a safe manner.
