Billing Administrator
Accounting professional to administer the billing and collection processes for our company. Ability to multi-task, interface with multiple personnel/departments and manage customer billings in high volume are key to the success of this critical revenue function.

Duties And Responsibilities

Contract Billing and Invoicing.

Manage data collection process for monthly billings.

Process contract change orders.

Prepare and submit contract billings with lien waivers and required documentation.

Prepare and submit "Extra Work" invoices (for work outside of contract).

Flexibility to meet varying customer deadlines for billing submittal.

Qualifications And Skills

Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Accounting background.

Independent handling of high-volume customer billings.

Familiarity with lien claims process preferable.

Proficiency in Excel.

Experience with accounting applications, preferably in construction.
