Summer Registration Assistant (Temporary)

Supporting District Registrar Preschool through Grade 12 Enrollment & Records

This is a temporary summer position to help the District Registrar with beginning of the year processes.

Job Responsibilities

Process online registration for all district schools (PreschoolGrade 12).

Assist with maintaining data accuracy and integrity within student information systems.

Support the District Registrar with enrollment and registration processes.

Maintain, access, and organize graduate records in accordance with district procedures.

Assist with the transition of historical student records into digital format.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Details

Dates: July 20, 2026 August 4, 2026 (10 business days)

Schedule: 9 hours per day

Director of Information and Technology

Must adhere to confidentiality of student records in accordance with district policy and FERPA law.
