**SCOPE OF ROLE** This role is pivotal in driving growth and deepening customer relationships at strategic accounts. It requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, collaborative teamwork, and proactive engagement with both customers and internal stakeholders. The Strategic Account Manager acts as a key facilitator of solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement within Regal Rexnord’s sales function. This role is focused on driving multi-channel share gain strategies at our Strategic End User and OEM customers in the Can and Glass container manufacturing industry.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each **Required Skills and Qualifications** 5-10 years of commercial / technical sales experienceDemonstrated ability to lead and execute sales initiatives and strategies through influence in a team-selling environmentAbility to travel 50%+ to customers, trade shows, and internal meetings where needed**Preferred Skills and Qualifications** Demonstrated experience proving strong negotiating skill setDemonstrated experience proving strong business acumen and executive communication / presentation skills### The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
