Construction Superintendent - Healthcare Interior

Lead a $40M healthcare renovation project from site mobilization through turnover. This role suits a hands‑on superintendent who can run complex work independently and flex into multifamily projects as needed. Client Details A long‑established general contractor with over 30 years in the market, delivering healthcare and multifamily projects across South Florida. Leadership is hands‑on, decision‑making is fast, and superintendents are trusted to own their sites.
