Senior Accountant
to join its regional finance team supporting a multi-state operation.

Key Responsibilities
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Analyze monthly results versus budget, forecast, and prior year
Provide commentary and recommendations to leadership
Business Partnership & Analysis
Support branch and regional leaders with financial insights
Develop reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Assist with strategic planning and business initiatives
Controls & Compliance
Maintain strong internal controls and policy compliance
Support audits and documentation requests
Ensure accurate balance sheet and P&L account ownership
Projects & Process Improvement
Drive efficiency initiatives across close and reporting processes
Participate in systems enhancements and special projects
Improve reporting tools and automation opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting or finance experience
Strong month-end close and analytical experience
Experience with ERP systems preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance teams
Background in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, equipment rental, or asset-heavy industries is a plus
