Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Rotate between Woodshop, Blasting, and Paint departments based on production needs to prevent bottlenecks and keep work moving efficiently through each stage.; Perform abrasive blasting to remove rust, coatings, and debris, ensuring proper surface readiness for finishing and coating.; Operate table saws, routers, sanders, and related equipment to cut, shape, and prepare components according to drawings and cut lists.; Apply primers, stains, and finish coats using HVLP and airless spray systems.; Inspect materials and finished components throughout the process to verify compliance with workmanship and quality requirements.
