Qualifications
Strong leadership and production management skills
Ability to optimize workflows and drive efficiencies
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in production management software and tools
5+ years of experience in production management roles, preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field, preferred
