Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR professional with strong analytical and presentation skills to support core HR functions. This role requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
Assist in training & development and performance management activities
Handle HR data, reporting, and compensation-related tasks
Work with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and leadership teams
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation creation)
Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
Qualifications
2–3 years of HR experience (or recent graduate with relevant exposure)
Experience working in a large corporate environment preferred
Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR operations, and payroll systems
