Shift: Nights, 7-7 + every 3rd weekend + holiday rotation, 19:00:00-07:00:00

Job Description: This charge position requires CAH ER experience. The RN will manage patient care, triage, and take charge responsibilities within a 20-bed unit, including trauma and semi-private rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Act as charge nurse on the ER floor, handling patient assignments and overseeing clinical operations.
• Triage and provide care for a broad range of emergencies, including trauma, STEMI, and other acute conditions.
• Manage monitoring equipment and handle necessary patient interventions in a CAH setting.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Prior ER experience, preferably in a CAH setting, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with the Meditech charting system.
