Niche Sourcing:
Utilize specialized job boards, social media, and industry networks to find passive candidates who aren’t necessarily looking at standard job ads.
Pipeline Management:
Build a steady "bench" of qualified candidates to meet the demands of fluctuating project timelines.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry certification and competitive pay scales to ensure offers remain attractive.
Industry Expertise:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience specifically recruiting for technical positions.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers.
