Overview
At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Recruiter and Talent Advisor to work for Kelly in Mechanicsville, VA.
Pay Rate : Base pay range for this role is $51,300 to $70,000 per year, with final annual compensation based on experience and geographic location.
Responsibilities
Accountable for full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, mainly focused on Light Industrial roles, across multiple levels and geographic markets.
Attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process.
Qualifications
Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity (required).
Are customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
Are results-driven, with strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.
