Job Overview
Recruiter and Talent Advisor – Baltimore, MD
Pay Range: $51,300 to $65,000 per year (based on experience, geographic location)
Kelly is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for Light Industrial roles across multiple geographic markets.
Responsibilities
Accountable for full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, mainly focused on Light Industrial roles.
Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity.
Customer-centric with ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
Results-driven, strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.
