Sourcing / Recruiter Consultant

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent for critical roles within the organization.
Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate preferences to inform sourcing strategies.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing targeted sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or candidate sourcing (required).
Possess high-volume recruiting experience (strongly preferred) and prior experience in agency or staffing firm recruitment (preferred).
Have experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred) and are proficient in Boolean search techniques and leveraging job boards and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to attract top talent.
