Job Overview
The CSR is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers and assisting other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. The CSR uses customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolve issues, and promote company goals and objectives. This includes daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals in freight‑related issues, and performing related duties as assigned.

Compensation & Hours
Starting at $21.41 per hour. Full‑time, Monday to Friday, various shifts. Earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes access to employee resorts.

Requirements

Strong communication and telephone skills

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Strong critical thinking skills

Ability to handle potentially stressful situations

General office and customer service experience

Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

Preferred

2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast‑paced environment

Freight logistics experience
