Analytics Manager

Location: Remote - travel on east coast may be required

General team size/dynamics Teams of 3-6 folks across levels including junior analysts (offshore / onshore). The consultant will play a Manager role - managing junior analysts, clients, workstreams and seeking guidance from the engagement director
Skills Required
1. Core Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning
Advanced SQL and Python/R proficiency
Experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets
Data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)
Experience working in cloud-based data environments
2. Pharma / Life Sciences Domain Expertise
Understanding of pharma commercial models (brand, specialty, rare disease)
Experience with sales force effectiveness, targeting, and segmentation
Knowledge of patient journey and claims-based analytics
Experience supporting product launch and performance tracking
Familiarity with common pharma data assets (e.g., claims, NPA, customer, labs etc.)
3. AI & Prototyping Capabilities
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in commercial analytics
Ability to build rapid prototypes, POCs, and MVP analytics solutions
4. Consulting & Delivery Skills
Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Proposal and business development experience
Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
Experience with presentation building and storyboarding
Experience managing workstreams
Collaborative, client-facing mindset with structured problem solving
