What You’ll Do
Location: 4 days a week (Tuesday‑Friday) in office at Axon Hub Location (Seattle, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Denver, Atlanta, Boston, Sterling, NYC).
Structure and support complex commercial deals across key accounts, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient delivery and accurate financial outcomes.
Maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM, including custom contract terms, pricing, and discounting – heavy use of Salesforce CPQ.
Build deep expertise in Axon’s product catalog, bundles, pricing structures, and approval flows – becoming a trusted resource for Sales on deal formats, non‑standard quote requests, Excel supplements, and custom reporting.
Analyze existing customer contracts to identify performance obligations, flag risks or gaps proactively, and ensure proper invoicing, documentation, and compliance.
Participate in testing for new product launches and system updates, providing structured feedback as part of test cycles.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Order Processing to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.
Communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners – providing guidance in line with standards and policies while keeping unnecessary back‑end complexity out of the conversation.
Contribute to team‑wide efforts, projects, and process improvements as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong accuracy and attention to detail with low error rates on quotes and deal documentation.
Ability to analyze contracts, identify obligations, and flag compliance risks.
A clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex information for cross‑functional stakeholders.
Proficiency or strong aptitude in Salesforce CRM and CPQ; ability to troubleshoot independently before escalating.
Collaborative and cross‑functional by nature – comfortable working across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Able to work autonomously while knowing when to elevate through the right channels.
Eager to grow into a subject‑matter expert on Axon’s quoting tools, pricing structures, and deal processes over time.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations.
A strong finance orientation and attention to detail, particularly with numbers and data sets.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
A proactive mindset – you take ownership of your work and seek out solutions.
A collaborative approach – you’re comfortable asking questions, sharing knowledge, and working as part of a team.
