About the Community:
This master-planned community is highly amenitized and specifically designed with providing residents with numerous recreational and lifestyle options. It has earned awards and maintains a strong standing within the top ten master planned communities.
Our Event / Concert Hosts work to make sure our seasonal events, activities, and concerts go off without a hitch! This position is all about the resident experience and a great way to learn skills in the area of event / recreation management!
What you’ll accomplish:
Assisting with event set-up
Ushering residents and guests
Working with bands and sound crew
Offering janitorial / security services
Transporting performers to and from the airport or hotel as needed
Moving heavy objects such as luggage, water coolers, music equipment, tables, tents, etc.
Coordinating meet and greets and ensuring that artist hospitality rider requests are fulfilled
What we’re looking for:
An outgoing, customer-focused personality it a must!
High School Diploma
Self-sufficiency and reliability
Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings
Current driver's license, liability insurance, and a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds.
Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
