Salary Range:
$140,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Associate Attorney Responsibilities
Work on business litigation, sports and entertainment litigation, and construction law cases
Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Prepare and follow up with clients
Conduct end-of-year reporting and filings
Proofread legal documents
Associate Attorney Requirements
2+ years of experience as an attorney in business litigation, IP litigation, or commercial litigation
Open to candidates fresh out of law school with a judicial clerkship
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Word required and beginner-level Excel acceptable
Barred in Nevada
Judicial clerkship is strongly desired
Top 10% of their class at a national law school, OR
Top 1%-5% of their class locally from Boyd Law School or fresh off a 2-year federal district court clerkship, is preferred
Medical (PPO) coverage, with 80% of the employee premium paid by the firm
Dental and vision coverage starting on the first of the month after hire
