Creating deal sheets and monthly deal summaries

Writing submission letters and corresponding with co-agents and licensees

Managing and executing book mailings

Coordinating art, editorial and publicity requests from domestic and foreign publishers

Compiling information and generating blurbs for seasonal rights guides and international book fairs

Maintaining a database of contacts and titles

Please apply if you meet the following minimum requirements:

Genuine interest in subsidiary rights licensing

An avid reader who has a broad reading sensibility

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary for this position is $51,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.

This hybrid position has occasional in-office responsibilities, including but not limited to in-office meetings and ad hoc administrative projects. We will consider candidates who can work from a commutable distance to our offices at 1745 Broadway, which includes the tri-state area (NJ, CT, & PA).
