Operations Manager (Warehouse & Transportation)

We are hiring a
full time Operations Manager

We’re offering a sign-on bonus for this position (details provided during the interview/offer process). Eligibility requires hire into the Operations Manager role and active employment in good standing through the bonus payout date. If you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause before payout (or within any required retention period), the bonus may be forfeited and/or subject to repayment as permitted by law. The company may modify or discontinue the sign-on bonus program at any time.
Schedule & Work Requirements
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with the ability to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. This position also requires travel to locations within Illinois and surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficient, on-time execution
Lead with a safety-first mindset; ensure safety protocols are followed and reinforced
Supervise, coach, and train team members; support team development and performance
Optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate supply chain/logistics activities as shipments move in and out
Collaborate across departments and sites as needed, including travel within IL and surrounding states
Qualifications
Flexible availability based on business needs
Clean driving record and ability to obtain a Federal Medical Card
Proven experience in warehouse management and transportation leadership
Proficient with computers and logistics systems
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
