About the Opportunity
Energy Programmes is one of our newest Business Units and has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first Energy Power station.
Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.
Amentum are currently looking to recruit a Delivery Governance & Interfaces Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Aztec West. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring strong interdepartmental & international relations across EPRE & Edvance teams ensuring coordination & communication to support smooth project delivery while also ensuring process adherence across the multiple interfaces. You will host regular meetings between UK/FR/GER/Client Document Control teams, LOD managers, EPO & the client in which you will track, challenge, coordinate & communicate all identified issues/risks/tool upgrades. You will also work to maintain, support the creation of & produce user documentation for internal information systems as well as ensuring the internal delivery documentation is maintained fit for purpose for the project as it evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery interfaces - Working across internal teams & the client, ensuring smooth coordination, clear actions & timely issue resolution
Monitor delivery performance indicators (e.g., comment responses, data quality) & drive action follow-up to closure with relevant stakeholders
Support delivery routines & ways of working across the client tool & internal tools, including tool/process monitoring, transmissions & comms support
Coordinate delivery improvement activities – Ensuring guidance updates, simplification of delivery documentation & supporting process upgrades
Support project‑specific delivery monitoring - Interface with stakeholders to maintain delivery control & visibility
Project Replication - Support wider replication / cross‑project requests when required (where aligned to HPC priorities)
Manage SharePoint access & rights - including upkeep/simplification of permissions & key lists. Maintain and improve SharePoint/PowerBI usability (views, filters, layouts) & support delivery reporting needs
Create & maintain SharePoint sites/pages to support delivery needs (e.g., Emerging Scope, new pages, refreshed structures). Act as the link with Edvance IT to support compliance with group standards and tool governance
Provide user support across SharePoint & PowerBI, helping teams use tools effectively & consistently
Maintain internal reference content (e.g., User guides, FAQ’s etc…) & ensure updates are controlled & communicated
Qualifications
Previous experience of document management and MS Office
Educated to A Level standard or above
Knowledge of electronic document management systems and other electronic tools and platforms
Highly organised, good communicator & proactive
Ability to navigate in a complex project environment while liaising with multiple stakeholders
