Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
3-5 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on litigation, is required
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Northern Suburbs of Chicago
Must be willing to primarily practice in North Suburban Counties (such as Lake & McHenry)
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Proven experience in litigation, mediation, negotiation, and trial practice.
