What You'll Do As a Business Development Manager - Critical Water, you will focus on developing new opportunities across the pharmaceutical, data center, and microelectronics ecosystem. Target stakeholders include owners/operators, colocation providers, engineering firms, mechanical contractors, and facility management companies. You will work closely with our Corporate Accounts team and the Global Data Center team to develop strategic opportunities.
Drive Data Center, Pharmaceutical, and Microelectronics business development activities in your territory, including new account acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Identify and pursue opportunities with pharmaceutical, data center, and microelectronics companies, colocation providers, and contractors.
Build relationships with local stakeholders, including operators, consultants, and facility teams.
Manage the account after the close of the sale.
Engage across multiple project phases: design, commissioning, and operations.
Collaborate with the Division Manager and local team to align sales strategy and execution.
Grow new business and elevate existing accounts.
Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and work with a supportive team to build success.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in water treatment or industrial services
Exposure to data center and/or pharmaceutical environments preferred
Experience in business development or key account management
Basic understanding of cooling water systems or industrial water treatment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license
