How You Will Create the Extraordinary
What You’ll Do
Craft Beverages: Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso beverages, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specialties
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming, memorable experience
Product Knowledge: Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and highlight new offerings
Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Store Maintenance: Clean workstations, restock supplies, and follow all food safety protocols
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient
Working Hours
Shifts vary and may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Customer service or food handling experience (preferred but not required)
