A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with a background in construction or civil litigation who is looking to build their experience within a busy and well-respected construction practice.
The firm represents contractors, developers, and other construction industry clients in a variety of disputes and project-related matters. Attorneys in this role will gain meaningful exposure to construction defect claims, contract disputes, and other complex construction-related litigation while working alongside an experienced legal team.
What You'll Do
Represent clients in construction and related civil litigation matters
Assist with cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy
Coordinate with clients, experts, and project professionals throughout the litigation process
Support trial and arbitration preparation when necessary
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Bar member in good standing
Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to construction or complex civil litigation
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
