Position: Groundskeeper
Encinitas and Escondido, California
Schedule
Monday – Tuesday: Village Park Apartments - Encinitas, CA
Wednesday – Friday: Woodlake Apartments – Escondido, CA
Compensation
$18 – $19 per hour based on experience
Monthly performance bonuses
What You Will Do
Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of both communities
Pick up trash and ensure all common areas are clean and presentable
Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pressure washing
Assist with maintaining curb appeal and property standards
Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests
What You Will Bring
Previous groundskeeping or related experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Ability to commute between properties in Encinitas and Escondido
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed
