Groundskeeper (Full-Time | Southern California Region)
San Diego County (Encinitas, Escondido & surrounding areas) We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team within the Southern California Region. This position will be assigned to a specific apartment community, with opportunities to grow within our portfolio. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + monthly bonuses
What You'll Do:
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
Report maintenance concerns promptly
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
What You Need:
1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
Valid driver's license (required)
Reliable transportation (required)
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
