Position Title:
Senior Litigation Attorney

Salary
Salary Range:
$160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
Manage litigation cases within the realm of Special Education Law
Collaborate with various practice groups to ensure effective defense strategies
Maintain a billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
Participate in mentorship initiatives to foster professional development
Engage in flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with flexibility for candidates with a background in social work or teaching
Experience in defense law, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
Graduation from an accredited law school
Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a strong advantage
Experience in a big law environment is preferred
