Title: Corporate/Transaction Lawyer (Contract)
Compensation: $75-125 Per Hour (Contingent on Experience)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a New York City-based attorney search firm that connects qualified attorneys with exciting in‑house opportunities as well as leading law firms across the United States. We are partnering with a fast‑growing, Phoenix‑based deal advisory company seeking a corporate attorney to join its team on either a part‑time contractual basis or a full‑time basis.
What We’re Looking For
An energetic, sharp, entrepreneurial‑minded, rainmaker‑type of attorney with at least 3 years of experience with the following:
Tax planning
Entity formation
Spearheading sophisticated M&A deals
Corporate governance and due diligence
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various operating agreements
A book of business is a plus
Education and Licensing Requirements
Admitted to and in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association or eligible to join as of counsel.
