Salary Range:
$160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Transactional Attorney Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel in K‑12 education law matters
Engage in defense work, with potential involvement in plaintiff cases
Collaborate with various practice groups to address legal issues
Maintain a focus on quality and detail in legal documentation
Meet the firm's billable hour requirements
Transactional Attorney Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, with a preference for those with backgrounds in special education law or related fields
Experience in defense work; plaintiff experience will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis
Graduation from an accredited law school
Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
Experience in big law is preferred
