Job Duties
Maintain office supplies for Admin building
Upload confidential employee documents to employee files.
Assist with recruiting and benefits including Operator phone screening and scheduling. Additional recruiting and benefits duties, as assigned.
Execute annual bulk mailing tasks
Manage Service Awards and Recognition programs, including updating and create postings and plaques, updating Payroll with recognition award amounts bi-weekly,
Manage office/cubicle seating map in Admin building, 5S support for Admin area.
HR communications postings and update N Drive: Posting folder. Responsible for various employee-facing communications such as benefits termination letters.
Managing company email distribution groups and Teams channels by keeping them up to date with new hire information.
Additional duties to support Training department and Payroll department, as assigned.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, with at least one year of related HR education or experience preferred; current enrollment in a four‑year HR degree program is a plus. Candidates should have working knowledge of UKG (UltiPro and Kronos Timekeeping) and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot. The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
Physical Demands
Ability to sit / stand / walk as required for various periods of time
Ability to use office equipment, phones, laptop effectively for various amounts of time throughout the day
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
