Admissions Rep/Registrar
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Responsibilities
Manage patient intake and registration process in a hospital setting.
Ensure accurate collection of patient information, verification of insurance coverage.
Complete required documentation prior to treatment or admission.
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
High School or GED Diploma required.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in hospital admissions, patient registration, medical office, or related healthcare environment.
Strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, detail oriented, organizational abilities.
Accurate data entry and basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
