Probate Paralegal
to its growing
Broward County
office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can manage complex probate matters from intake through final accounting with precision, judgment, and confidence.
Probate attorneys will also be considered for this position.
Position Overview
The firm is seeking a polished professional with deep experience in probate work. Key responsibilities include:
Handling sophisticated estate and trust matters from initial engagement through final administration
Drafting, organizing, and coordinating documentation
Managing files and workflow through the firm’s technology platforms
Interacting directly with high‑net‑worth clients with discretion and professionalism
Providing steady operational support and acting as a central resource within the officd
Qualifications
Significant experience as a
Probate paralegal
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with affluent clients and confidential, sensitive information
Ability to work independently
Experience with legal practice management and document systems preferred. Ideal candidate will have WordPerfect experience.
