About the Role:
Join BROTHERS II BUSINESS MACHINES OF LI as a Copier Field Technician, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and customer satisfaction. Brothers II Business Machines of Long Island is seeking an experienced Multi-Function Printer/Copier Field Technician to join or team. We are a family owned and operated business with over 45 years serving a broad customer base in the NY, NJ, Long Island area. The candidate we are seeking will possess the following skills and attributes:
Responsibilities, not limited to:
Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Manage service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Educate clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in copier technology.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Complete any other tasks related to the position
Special projects as assigned
Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Be a team player that is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be resourceful when needed
Always dependable, on time
Pays attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
Has the ability to take directions, work well with others, and perform calmly under pressure
Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable
Requirements:
Repair experience of Multi-Function Copiers and printers (Kyocera Brand a plus)
Experience with Postage machines and Folder/Inserter machines a plus (not required.)
Minimum High School Diploma (College level work a plus)
Must be computer literate at an intermediate level
Ability to lift heavy objects 60lbs
Must have Clean, Valid Driver’s License
Ability to read/write in English
