Reporting to: Dealer Chat Engagement Lead

Job Description
As the Data Analyst for Dealer Chat, you will be responsible for data analytics and reporting related to digital customer experiences. You will cultivate reports that highlight key trends and insights tied to operational performance, customer behavior, and customer concerns. Your insights will contribute to improving Dealer Chat by strengthening dealer relationships, increasing dealer enrollment, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to tell clear, actionable stories that move the business forward and is open to change as reporting and business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, interpret, and distribute

daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports

for all Dealer Chat departments

Leverage

XM Discover

to support and supplement analytics findings

Participate in

quarterly analytics meetings

to share trends, challenges, best practices, and case studies

Analyze and trend historical data to establish

measurable objectives and targets

for annual planning

Create data visualizations and insights using

Power BI

Assist in defining KPIs and adjusting performance goals as business needs evolve

Support the

forecasting team

with scheduling and scheduling audits

Create, educate, and coach stakeholders on research and analytics best practices

Champion a

metrics-driven approach

to decision‑making across the organization

Participate in

weekly operations, coordinator, and support team meetings

Prototype

new AI solutions , including Generative AI, to solve business challenges

Develop

agentic AI solutions

to streamline and improve business processes

Job Requirements

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders

Strong

data analytics skills , including synthesizing data from multiple sources and systems

Ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced, high‑pressure, collaborative environment

Proven ability to

multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

Hands‑on experience with

Power BI

and strong knowledge of data best practices

Strong background in

statistical data analysis , including:

Reliability analysis

Analysis of variance (ANOVA)

Time‑series analysis

Categorical data analysis

Expertise in

anomaly detection, diagnostics, prognostics, and root cause analysis

Demonstrated experience working with large‑scale data analytics

Programming & Frameworks : Python, R, Java, PySpark, PyTorch, SQL

Machine Learning & AI : Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, RAG, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, Decision Trees, Clustering

Data Engineering : Databricks, SQL, data pipelines, data preprocessing, feature engineering
