Job Overview
The facility in Landisville, PA, is an ITAR site.
We are seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative supervisor at our manufacturing plant. This critical leadership role is responsible for supervising the manufacturing workforce in a production facility and for safely producing products at costs, quality, and quantity consistent with division and plant objectives. Must ensure that productive equipment is properly maintained and that adequate and trained personnel at all levels are available to effectively carry out production operations and meet production schedules.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Associate’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and related experience will be considered.
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably with stamping, plating, and assembly management involved in the production process.
Must have strong leadership skills.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting may be required.
Must be proficient in the English language.

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $76,400 - $114,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
