
1st Shift - Manufacturing Technician (Wax)

The Manufacturing Technician - Wax position involves supporting continuous mold flow in a wax production environment.
Shift options include 1st shift (6:00AM-6:00PM) and 2nd shift (6:00PM-6:00AM), both rotating. The pay range is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Reading and following standard procedures in the Access system
Inserting dies, setting up presses, and coordinating wax injection and assembly at multiple presses
Performing visual inspections and monitoring control panel settings
Storing/retrieving dies in automated systems and recording production data
Performing preventative maintenance and assisting in training new hires
Back-up support in other production areas if needed
Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience, good computer skills, ability to interpret documents, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication, problem-solving, and operational skills are essential. Physical requirements involve sitting, standing, hearing, and manual dexterity.
