Responsibilities
Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC and Printer products on customer sites.
Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues.
Manage critical service events and communicate effectively with customers and escalation teams.
Educate customers about technology solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed administrative records and adhere to business procedures.
Qualifications
Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training preferred.
Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non‑traditional workdays and holidays.
Onsite customer‑facing experience and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
